Moisten the filter with cold water and shake once. 2. Attach the cap and place the chamber on an ice-cold glass, leveling the coffee surface. 3. Add 190 ml of water gently in a spiral motion for 20 seconds. 4. Gently spiral stir for 30 seconds. 6. Steep the coffee for 2 minutes. 7. Start pressing at 2 minutes and finish at 2 minutes and 15 seconds. 8. Transfer the coffee to another server at room temperature. 9. Cool the coffee for 45 seconds.
